What is a document preparation service?
It is assistance preparing client-selected documents using the information and instructions the client provides. This service does not include legal advice or legal representation.
Are you an attorney?
No. I am a registered Nevada document preparer. My registration number is NVDP20265199098. I cannot provide legal advice, represent you, or recommend which documents you need.
Can you help me choose my documents?
You must choose your documents and make the legal decisions. A Nevada attorney can advise you about what documents or provisions may be appropriate for your circumstances.
How does the process work?
Request your selected service, complete intake, and review your written disclosures and service agreement. Preparation begins after the agreement is completed and required information is received. You then review the prepared documents.
How long does preparation take?
Timing depends on your selected documents, the information provided, and availability. Your expected turnaround is confirmed before work begins. If you have a deadline, include it in your request.
Is notarization included?
The listed prices are for document preparation. Any notarization, travel, or other requested services are quoted separately and stated in your written agreement. Signing and witness arrangements depend on your selected documents.
Can I purchase services for a family member?
Contact me first to discuss arrangements. The person whose documents are being prepared must provide or authorize their instructions and make their own decisions voluntarily.
What happens when I request a service?
Your request opens an email addressed to The Neon Quill. I will follow up about intake and your service agreement. The request does not process a payment or create a confirmed appointment.
